      为解决城市路段存在的相邻人行横道行人过街信号控制不协调问题,以机动车相位持续时间、行人绿灯时间和相位差作为约束条件,建立了基于车辆和行人平均延误最低的路段相邻人行横道行人过街实时信号控制模型,以使机动车与行人的综合通行效率达到最优。并根据每个周期内到达车辆平均速度的不同提出了信号周期浮动相位差。以南京某条主干道的两个相邻人行横道为例,将路段上采集到的实时交通数据应用于建立的模型中,以Matlab 作为仿真计算环境,采用实数编码的遗传算法进行求解,得出路段相邻人行横道的实时信号控制方案。运行结果显示:在研究的路段中,不同权值比例下实时信号控制方案的平均延误分别比现状缩短了11.7%, 13.7%, 8.7%,且权值为机动车数量与机动车加行人总数量之比时优化效果最好,说明该方法能够提高城市干道车辆通行和行人过街的效率,且在所有路段行人过街信号优化中具备一定的适用性。

      To solve the inconsistency problem of signal control for pedestrian crossing at adjacent crosswalks of road section, vehicle phase duration, pedestrian green light time and phase offset were used as constraints and a real-time signal control model with the minimum average delay of vehicles and pedestrians for pedestrian crossing at adjacent crosswalks was established. It can optimize the traffic efficiency of vehicles and pedestrians. The floating phase offset was proposed according to the average speed of vehicles arriving in each signal cycle. Taking two adjacent pedestrian crosswalks in Nanjing as an example, the real-time traffic data collected from road sections were applied to the model. Matlab was used as the simulation computing environment, real-coded genetic algorithm was used to solve the model, and the real-time signal control scheme was obtained. The operation results show that the average delay of real- time signal control schemes with different weights is reduced by 11.7%, 13.7% and 8.7% respectively compared with current situation. When the weight is the ratio of the quantity of vehicles to that of vehicles plus pedestrians, the optimization effect is the best. The research result shows that the method can improve the efficiency of pedestrian crossing and vehicle traffic on urban main roads, and it also has certain applicability in the optimization of pedestrian crossing signals on all road sections.
