      为提高公路网沥青路面性能评价方法的科学性和适用性,克服主观或客观单一赋权的缺陷,提出一种基于动态物元分析的公路网沥青路面性能评价方法。首先,在系统分析公路沥青路面性能影响因素的基础上,采用层次分析理论的框架构建了包含项目级和网级指标的沥青路面性能评价指标体系;然后基于“奖罚函数”理论,采用客观加权与主观赋权相结合的方法确定权重;之后采用基于可拓集合理论的物元分析方法,建立了公路网沥青路面性能的动态物元评价模型;最后运用该模型对河北省高速公路网10个沥青路段的路面综合性能进行评价。结果表明:在10个评价对象中,路面综合性能物元评价等级为“良好”的占60%,“中等”的占40%;根据“物元评价等级越高,则路面性能越优,路面养护排序越低”的原则,京港澳京石段路面性能最优,大广高速京承段路面性能最差,因此优先考虑对大广高速京承段进行路面养护。评价结果符合路面实际状况,验证了模型的有效性。

      In order to improve the scientificalness and applicability of the performance evaluation method of asphalt pavement in highway network, and overcome the defect of single subjective or objective weight, a performance evaluation method of asphalt pavement in highway network based on dynamic matter-element analysis was proposed. Firstly, on the basis of systematic analysis of influencing factors of highway asphalt pavement performance, an evaluation index system for the performance of asphalt pavement was constructed with the framework of AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process), which included project-level and network-level indexes. Then, the weight was determined by reward-penalty function, which combined objective weighting with subjective weighting. After that, a dynamic matter-element evaluation model for asphalt pavement performance in highway network was established through the matter-element analysis which was based on extension set theory. Finally, the comprehensive performance of asphalt pavement on 10 expressway sections in Hebei Province was evaluated by the proposed model. The result showed that 60% of the 10 subjects′ pavement performance evaluation grades were good and 40% were medium. The priority ranking of pavement maintenance was realized according to the principle that "the higher the matter-element evaluation grade is, the better the pavement performance is, and the lower the priority of pavement maintenance is". The result showed that the highest performance grade is the Beijing- Shijiazhuang section of Beijing- Hong Kong-Macao expressway and the lowest performance grade is Beijing-Chengde section of Daqing-Guangzhou expressway, which should be given priority of pavement maintenance. The evaluation results accord with the actual state of pavements, which verify the availability of the proposed model.
