      为给我国绿色交通规划目标和管理政策的制定提供决策支撑,在低碳视角下,设置面向2030 年和2050 年的基准情景、强化减排及2℃近零排放三种情景,分析不同情景下交通运输碳排放的变化趋势。研究结果表明:(1)交通运输CO2排放总量呈快速增长趋势,只有采取强有力的政策和手段,才有可能在2030 年前后使碳排放达到峰值;(2)推动交通能源系统的清洁化和低碳化,加快运输结构调整,提高运输组织效率应是行业绿色低碳发展的重点关注方向;(3)技术进步是推动减排的核心手段之一;(4)要转变消费观,推动绿色低碳交通的生产生活方式。
英文摘要:
      In order to provide decision support for China′ s green transportation planning goals and management policy formulation, from a low- carbon perspective, three scenarios for the year of 2030 and 2050 were set up, including benchmark scenarios, enhanced emission reduction and 2℃ near zero emission. Then, the trend of transportation carbon emission under these scenarios were analyzed. The research results indicate that: (1)the total CO2 emission of transportation shows a rapid growth trend, it is necessary to adopt strong policies and means to achieve carbon emission peak around the year of 2030; (2)the key path of the industry′ s green and low- carbon development is to promote the cleanliness and low carbonization of transportation energy systems, accelerate the adjustment of transportation structure, and improve the efficiency of transportation organization; (3)technology advancement is one of the core means to promote emission reduction; (4)it is necessary to change the consumption concept and promote the formation of a production lifestyle with green and low-carbon transportation.
