      为了缓解交通拥堵和提高单向交通网络的运行效率,建立了基于数据包络分析法的评价模型并对其影响因素进行分析。首先确定了单向交通网络的运行效率评价指标,然后将路网结构和路网运行状况分别作为输入与输出变量建立了评价模型,选择路网级配水平、非直线系数、路网密度等指标作为投入指标层,路网平均饱和度和车辆绕行时间作为产出指标层。基于该运行效率评价模型对南京市某街区的单向交通网络运行效率进行分析,发现所提供的组织方案可实现该路网运行效率最优。最后,通过Vissim 数据显示功能对评价模型的有效性进行了验证。案例研究结果表明,采用Z形和C形走向的交通组织方案可使模型的运行效率达到最佳;适当提高支路网密度可使区域单向交通组织得以有效优化。

      To alleviate traffic congestion and improve the operation efficiency of one-way traffic network, an evaluation model based on Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) was established and its influencing factors were analyzed. Firstly, evaluation indexes of one- way traffic network were determined. Then, the evaluation model was established by taking network structure and network operation status as input and output variables respectively. In addition, road network gradation level, non-linear coefficient and road network density were chosen as input index layer, and road network average saturation and vehicle travel time were chosen as output index layer. Subsequently, based on the evaluation model, the operation efficiency of one-way traffic network in a block of Nanjing was analyzed. It was found that the organizational scheme provided could achieve the optimal operation efficiency of the network. In addition, the efficiency of the evaluation model was verified by Vissim data display function. The case study shows that the Z and C type traffic organization schemes can optimize the operation efficiency of the model, and the one-way traffic organization can be effectively optimized by properly increasing the density of the branch network.
