      为解决车路协同个性化服务和交通管理应用需求的冲突问题,对现有应用进行了总结,基于应用集成设计了车路协同环境下的交通业务服务系统。综合考虑国标、国内外研究组织提出的应用以及国内实际落地的应用,并分析了上述应用的发展方向,共整合总结得到14个依托实际交通场景的交通业务,作为系统目标。针对现有主体产品集中于路侧单元和车载单元两类核心设备的现状,运用结构化的系统分析和设计方法进行了功能模块和逻辑框架的设计,统一考虑了各类交通设施的实体特性和通信特性,设计了服务系统的物理架构和数据流内容,实现了对所提出的14项交通业务的兼容。开发了示范系统并实现了样例功能,系统表现出良好的适应性和可移植性。

      To solve the conflicts between traffic management and personalized service applications, a traffic scenario service system was designed for the cooperative vehicle-infrastructure environment on the basis of analyzing existing applications and evolution directions. The applications proposed by national standards and research organizations, and applied in the real world were analyzed, the development direction of the above applications was studied. 14 typical traffic scenarios were summarized as the target of the traffic scenario service system. Considering the fact that existing products mainly focus on roadside and onboard units, structured system analysis and design methods were used to design the logic framework and functional modules. The physical architecture and the data flow were developed considering the physical and communication characteristics of different transportation infrastructures, which achieved the goal of compatibility of the proposed 14 traffic services. A demonstration system was developed to realize the exemplary functionalities. The system shows satisfactory adaptability and portability.
