      建筑信息建模(Building Information Modeling, BIM)技术已广泛应用于道路设施的设计和施工阶段,但在养护阶段还没有发挥其应有的价值。鉴于此,针对目前BIM技术在道路设施养护应用中存在的缺少对应用需求的系统性梳理、应用内容分析不够深入、缺少应用示范等问题,对BIM在道路设施养护中的应用需求与创新展开研究。首先对BIM在国内外道路设施养护中的应用现状进行了综述,然后结合问卷调查详细分析了BIM在道路设施养护中的应用需求,并重点讨论了可进一步应用的方向,最后结合作者团队在BIM应用与研发方面的技术积累,对BIM数字沙盘、路面病害建模、全景病害关联、日常移动巡检、实景融合安全运行监控等创新应用进行了介绍,为BIM在道路设施养护中的应用提供案例参考。研究表明:BIM在道路设施养护中的应用前景广阔,在设施状态管理、日常巡查、小修测算、养护决策等方面具有普遍的需求和实施的可行性,也是BIM应用创新可聚焦以寻求突破的重点方向。

      Building Information Modeling(BIM) technology had been widely used in the design and construction of road facilities, but it had not yet played its due value in maintenance management. Given this, aiming at the problems of insufficient systematic analysis of demand, insufficient research depth of application content, and lacking of application demonstrations, the demand and innovative application of BIM in road facilities maintenance were focused on in this paper. Firstly, the current status of the application of BIM in road facilities maintenance at home and abroad was summarized. Secondly, the demand of BIM in road facilities maintenance was analyzed in detail combined with questionnaire survey. Thirdly, the application directions of BIM in road facilities maintenance that can be further developed were highlighted. Finally, based on the author′s research team′s accumulated technologies about the application and development of BIM, some example of innovative applications were introduced to provide case references for the application of BIM in road facilities maintenance, such as BIM digital sand table, pavement disease modeling, panoramic disease correlation, daily mobile inspection, real scene fusion secure operation monitoring, etc.. The research results show that the application of BIM in road facilities maintenance has broad prospects, and it has universal requirements and feasibility for implementation in facilities condition management, routine inspection, minor overhaul calculations, maintenance decisions, etc., which are the key directions focused on by the innovative applications of BIM for making a breakthrough.
